June 20th
Hello people who take the time to read my reports. Today is a nice sunny day in the bay. The wind is ok and everyone is trying for there kings today. The King fishing is going good for the guys who know where the kings live. He works all his gear if one dont work then he tries another hoochie. I went out and worked the 10 o'clock hole. [Thats the east side of the dump]. We went and tried a green hoochie and caught one in 30 to 45 minutes, then we seen killer whales and went and got some good videos on our cellphones. My friends king was around 15 to 20 pounds(good meat). The local trollers are finding them off the Umitilla bouy(Smaller guys but they are kings). Just come out and try it you never know you might help me out on this report. (OH YEA IT OPEN'S FOR 2 KING'S PER PERSON ON JUNE 21ST)
The halibut derby is down to one day left. The biggest is 175lbs and 2nd place is 145lbs. 18lbs on our lingcod and 5.2lbs on our bass.
