Catch & Release fishing continues to be very good on the Clearwater-most of the fish are still the little A-run fish that will move into the Snake River as the water cools. The big news is the B-run that is now makeing it's way up the Columbia and into the Snake, these fish are moving right along and we should start seeing a few of them within the next week or so. The 2003 run is estimated to be another near record run for the Clearwaater-not quite as good as last year but close!! We've got about 5 months of solid steelhead action coming up, it doesn't get much better than that-and with fish averaging 12 to 15 lbs, you can't ask for more!! Our catch and keep season opens October 15th on the Clearwater, until then we'll just play with them-
