We are now near the peak of the Shad run. Fishing with flies is excellent. Gear anglers are dong very well. Sturgeon angling continues to be good for keepers 42'-60".Oversize Sturgeon angling is improving.WE use 9/0-11/0 Hooks for these fish. This is truly BIG GAME Fishing. On a trip last week we had a 10' Sturgeon completely clear the water 7 times.Several of those leaps were over 6' out of the water.YEEHA !
